A lasting exterior finish starts with proper preparation. On a commercial envelope that means the same sequence as on a house, over a much larger area.
Exterior work is scheduled around appropriate weather conditions — we monitor them daily and apply coatings when the conditions allow it. On a commercial building the second constraint is access: how we reach the elevation, and when your yard or parking lot is free enough for us to set up in it.
